Before you pay
Ask a person first
A subscription is a strange way to buy something from someone you have never met. Ask whatever you would want to know first. The reply comes within one business day from the person who would build your model.
Usually asked
- Does my request fit?
- Say what the workbook has to do and who reads it. If it needs a higher plan, or is outside what we do, you hear that before you pay a cent.
- What would I have to send?
- Usually an export you already have — a trial balance, a case log, a bank download — and the rules of the business in plain language. Never a patient identifier.
- What if the build is wrong?
- You say what should change and it goes straight back into work. Revisions are unlimited and don't count as a new request; a file that fails its own checks does not ship at all.
- Can we get on a call?
- Yes, if it helps. Ask in the form and we'll find a time. Nothing about the service needs one, which is why the plans don't include them.
